Star Photonics® team is specialized in silicon photonics area with more than 10 years of experience. Star Photonics® is licensed to work at TAU Nano Center and is experienced to manufacture a prototype at standards higher than the academic level. Star Photonics® deals mainly with chip architecture comprising of optical devices (cm-to-nm range), micro-electronics devices, and electro-optical (integrated electronics with optics) devices.
Company expertise is in standard photolithography and Electron Beam Lithography (EBeam). Masks are designed by software such as CleWin© and Raith© editors. This allows the fabrication of optical elements at the nanoscale range and microelectronics of shallow junction architecture.
